This sock also features Cupron® yarn, a special and innovative material that produces fibers with a potentially broad spectrum of antibacterial and antifungal properties. Using this yarn in our socks reduces foot odor and skin problems. The cushioning terry cloth in the sole provides shock absorption, and the ribbed, soft cuff won't dig in or slip down.

Cupron Material:

Cupron is a platform technology developed by coating and impregnating a cotton-polymer blend with copper oxide (CuO). Using this yarn in our socks reduces foot odor and skin problems. Studies have shown an improvement or even the disappearance of skin redness, fissures, blisters, flaking, as well as burning and itching. This is because Cupron possesses antibacterial, antifungal, and odor-inhibiting properties, while remaining very skin-friendly. The optimal distribution of the yarn in the foot area helps to counteract the growth of bacteria and fungi. Foot comfort is our top priority, which is why our new Copper allsport socks feature cushioning terry cloth in the sole area, providing shock absorption. The ribbed, soft cuff ensures the socks stay in place and don't cut into the skin.
