Details about merino wool

Merino wool comes from specially bred sheep that live in cold and humid regions (New Zealand, Australia). In this harsh nature, the sheep produce natural fibers that humans cannot produce. These fibers are much finer than conventional wool. Merino wool is silky soft, has higher insulation capacity and is more breathable.

Laundry made from long fibers of very fine merino wool offers the wearer comfort and softness. Each fiber is crimped and elastic, which results in high durability and longevity of the fabric. Thanks to the elasticity of the fibers, wool clothing does not wrinkle. Wool fibers are very hydrophilic and have a high absorbency. Merino wool offers high protection against UV radiation. Its production is environmentally friendly and based on the principle of renewable resources.##
