Merino wool's natural and automatic temperature management is unique. At high temperatures, the fabric's pores open, allowing for excellent heat dissipation and natural moisture transport. The more synthetic material is added, the lower the functional effectiveness of the merino wool. For clothing items like socks and stockings for athletic use, the addition of synthetic material is often advisable due to pressure and friction.
